City Hall and City Services will be closed on January 30th from 8-10 am while staff attends an all-employee meeting. These facilities will reopen at 10 am for residents and visitors to conduct business with the City. We appreciate your understanding!

July 4th Fireworks and Celebration

  • Introduction: Firework, Food Trucks, Live Patriotic Music, and free children's activities! Fun starts at 6:00pm. Fireworks launch at dark.

Celebrate the 4th of July in Louisville!

The City of Louisville's family-friendly event takes place at the Coal Creek Golf Course. 

Food and fun starts at 6:00 pm with free face painting, balloon twisting and henna. There will also be bouncy houses and other inflatable fun ($). 

Food trucks will be on site in the Coal Creek Golf Course parking Lot. Beer, wine, and mixed drinks are available for purchase from the Sweet Spot Cafe tent on the golf course.

Live music begins at 7:15 with a concert of patriotic music played by the Boulder Concert Band. Band will be located under the pavilion near the clubhouse.  

Fireworks will launch at dark (approximately 9:45 pm).Fireworks will launch over the Coal Creek Golf Course driving range. 

Getting there: Walk, bike, or take the free shuttle to the 4th of July Celebration!  Free handicap accessible shuttle is available from both the Home Depot (1200 Dillon Rd) and Louisville Rec Center (900 Via Appia Way).There is no parking at the golf course. Handicap drop-off is available, but no parking spaces are available. 

Permitted items: Chairs, blankets, picnics, service animals

Prohibited items: Outside alcohol (alcohol is available for purchase at the event), sparklers, pets, personal fireworks, sparklers
