Local Food and Agriculture: Preparing an Organic Garden

When: November 14th, 5:30 – 6:30 pm

It’s never too early to begin planning for the next growing season, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to begin. Learn from Colorado State Extension’s Horticulture Entomology Field Extension Agent on how to prepare your garden for great organic veggies, from soil health to weed control, while also putting together your own kitchen herb kits. Energy Futures: Understanding Your Usage

Colorado’s energy landscape and green economy is quickly evolving. Hear from regional experts on energy 101, ways to evaluate technology and how to take advantage of residential programs and rebates surrounding energy efficiency and renewable energy.
