The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the City and is appointed by the City Council. He is responsible for the administration of all City offices and departments. You may contact City Manager Malcolm Fleming at 303.335.4532 with any questions or concerns.
This office also oversees Human Resources, the City Clerk's Office, Economic Development, insurance and risk management, Louisville Channel 8, the Municipal Court, public information, special events and street closure applications, neighborhood issues, airport noise concerns, community facilitation, and the Comcast and Xcel franchise agreements.
