• Highway 42 and South Boulder Road Intersection Improvement Project
  
  
• September 8 - East bound South Boulder Road will be closed from the railroad tracks just east of Main Street to Highway 42, 9 PM September 8 - 4 AM September 9, for the installation of new water valves and a fire hydrant. Please use an alternate route.
  
  
• 2010 Concrete Replacement Project - This year's Concrete Replacement Project consists of demolition, asphalt patching, new concrete construction and replacement of existing concrete curb, cutter, walk, trails, crosspans, etc., on various streets within the City. The City Council awarded the Contract to Northstar Concrete, Incorporated. Construction work began the week of June 21, 2010. Construction Schedule: September 7 - 10: South Boulder Road Medians between Garfield Avenue and Centennial Drive and the Louisville Skate Park; and Various Concrete Replacement (trails, Community Park, Annette Brand Park, and others).

• 2010 Street Reconstruction and Resurfacing - This year’s Street Resurfacing Project consists of the demolition, asphalt reconstruction, asphalt repairs such as patching and leveling, chip seal, and pavement marking on various streets within the City.
