The Library’s intent is to provide fair access to materials for all patrons. As a last resort, we use a collection agency to recover significantly overdue materials and outstanding fees. Therefore, accounts that are overdue more than 60 days will be sent to the Library's collection agency. The Library will still notify users that their materials are overdue, and users will have ample time to respond prior to an account being turned over for collection.
