Pre-Application Meeting

A Pre-Application meeting is required prior to the submission of any application that requires a public hearing, and may be required for administrative applications.  Please contact the Planning Department to confirm.

The meeting provides the opportunity for staff and applicants to discuss any technical and procedural requirements related to a specific proposal.  The meeting will be scheduled once the materials below are submitted.  If specific feedback is desired from staff, please provide a list of questions to be addressed during the meeting.  

Submittal Requirements

1.  Application
2.  Written request addressing the intent of the development proposal
3.  Site Plan sketch
4.  Other helpful information to communicate the proposal
