You can now receive your City of Louisville water/sewer utility bills via email. This email bill will include information on your usage and the amount due but it will eliminate excess paper and envelopes for you as well as save the City postage, printing, and labor costs.

You may sign-up today by emailing a request to Lela Peters. Please include the following subject line: acct # (enter your 1-5 digit number) email bill signup.

  • In the body of the email please provide your current home and work phone numbers* so we can update our records. You may also include any other changes you want made to your account information such as corrections to names (spelling, add additional name) or addresses.

  • Upon receipt of your request, a test email will be returned to you with the subject line City of Louisville utility bill. Please open and reply to the test question and your next billing will be sent to your email address. No more paper bills and envelopes.

*Phone numbers are used to contact the customer in case of unexpected high usage or other matters concerning the account. Account information is available only to the parties directly connected to the account (owner, manager, billing customer, title companies) or by peace officers as defined in the Colorado Open Records Act.
