Welcome to the City of Louisville!

 Before you begin your employment with the City of Louisville, you will need to complete the New Hire Process. Please follow the steps below:

1) Print or download the New Hire Checklist: attachment to your right to track your progress.

2) Review the City of Louisville's Code of Ethics, Safety Guidelines, Harassment and Sexual Harassment Policy, Marijuana Policy, Personnel Guidelines and Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. You will sign an acknowledgement form in your paperwork stating you have received and reviewed these items. 

3) Complete the New Hire Paperwork: All forms may be completed electronically and e-mailed to jobs@louisvilleco.gov and HR will print these forms for your appointment. You may also print the packet and complete the forms by hand.

4) Schedule your New Hire Paperwork Drop-Off  Appointment with Human Resources.  Please use our online calendar to schedule: https://www.timetrade.com/book/CRRFR

 **Please note: For your appointment to be complete, you MUST bring with you either a voided check  or a letter from your bank that states your routing number.If you do not have either of these documents, you will need to go to your bank prior to your appointment.

 You will also need to bring I9 documentation. A list of acceptable documents can be found in the I9 Documentation attachment to your right.
