Zumba® Gold Chair class

Zumba Gold Chair class is a fun, joyful and friendly fitness class for anyone who wants to exercise sitting down – in a chair, in a wheelchair, or on a stability ball. It combines the exciting dance moves of a regular Zumba class with the specific needs of people who prefer to sit to exercise. You will get a serious core, arm and brain workout. Be prepared to sweat, laugh, and leave with a smile on your face.

Group exercise classes are included in your paid admission or membership at the Recreation Center.

This class is offered in the Crown room, Imperial room or Hecla room downstairs.
