This functional strength training class is designed to help you build the strength, mobility, and confidence to safely and independently get up from the floor. This class focuses on the key movements, muscles, and strategies that make getting up easier. We’ll target core, leg, and upper body strength while incorporating balance, flexibility, and practical floor-to-standing techniques. Exercises are low-impact and can be adapted for all fitness levels. Come prepared to move, learn, and gain the tools you need to stay independent and active.
