Zumba® Gold Chair is a fun, joyful and friendly fitness class for anyone who wants to exercise sitting down – in a chair, in a wheelchair, or on a stability ball. It combines the exciting dance moves of a regular Zumba® class with the specific needs of people who prefer to sit to exercise. You will get a serious core, arm and brain workout. Be prepared to sweat, laugh, and leave with a smile on your face.
