Sankyō trio is Miwa Sasaki Steuben, Mayumi Fugami, and Aidan Kando. Together, they tend the flames of Japanese classical music and preserve the traditional arts of koto, shamisen, and shakuhachi by introducing them to audiences along the Colorado Rocky Mountains and beyond. On September 20, 2025 6:00pm-7:30pm, Sankyō trio will perform a special concert at the Louisville Arts Center in Louisville, CO as a part of the Louisville Cultural Advisory Board Arts Grant Program. Sankyō trio is proud to be a part of this program which promotes local access to diverse social, cultural, and creative community through its financial and facility support.
