AARP Tax Aide Appointments

Thursdays-February 5, 12, 19;  March 5, 19, 26; April 2, 9

Pre-appointment intake booklet, please complete to the best of your ability and bring it to your appointment.

• Available at the Louisville Recreation & Senior Center starting in January

2026 process, please plan 1-2 hours for your appointment. Arrive 20 minutes early if you have not completed the intake booklet.

Bring:

• Photo ID for the taxpayer and spouse

• Social Security card/statement for everyone included on the tax return

• Prior Year (2024) tax returns

• Tax forms - W-2’s and 1099’s for all employment, social security, dividends, interest, etc.

• Bank account (checkbook for routing & account numbers for refunds)

• Summarized list of cash/check donations to non-profit organizations.
