Louisville City Council has entered into an agreement for purchase of 101 S. Taylor, a 56,000 square foot building and 7.96 acre property in the Colorado Tech Center.

The purchase agreement, approved by City Council on March 3, includes a due diligence period. During this time, the City is gathering input from the community before deciding whether to complete the purchase.

The City is hosting two community open houses at the property. The community will get an opportunity to tour the building, learn more, ask questions, and submit feedback.
