City closes playgrounds, dog parks, and other outdoor recreational facilities

Playgrounds, dog parks, and other outdoor recreational facilities - CLOSED 

Effective March 24, all Louisville playgrounds, picnic shelters, the skate park, in-line hockey rink, Community Dog Park, Davidson Mesa Dog Off-Leash Area, tennis courts, basketball courts, ball fields and the Louisville Sports Complex are closed until further notice to help maintain COVID-19 social distancing guidelines established by Public Health.

Signs will be posted at all affected locations and visitors are asked to adhere to all closure notices.

Parks and open space - OPEN

At this time parks, open space, fields and trails remain open. Please remember to be vigilant about maintaining current social distancing recommendations of staying six feet apart. Groups or gatherings are prohibited.
