That said, we can confirm that a number of utility autopay customers (less than 2,000) need to update their banking information through our utility billing portal to continue autopay. We have sent letters and emails to those customers. If you received an email/letter, please follow the steps outlined in the email/letter. If you did not receive an email/letter, no action is needed from you.
