Utility autopay customers: If you received a letter or email from the City, you need to update your payment information

Post Date:10/01/2025 2:06 PM

With the increase of scams and cybercrimes, we understand that customers may be wary of requests to take action involving banking information. That said, we can confirm that a number of utility autopay customers (less than 2,000) need to update their banking information through our utility billing portal to continue autopay. We have sent letters and emails to those customers. If you received an email/letter, please follow the steps outlined in the email/letter. If you did not receive an email/letter, no action is needed from you. If you have concerns about the legitimacy of the email or the letter you received in the mail, we encourage you to contact us our Utility Customer Service via phone (303-335-4501) or by visiting Louisville City Hall (749 Main Street). Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
