Labor Day Children's Pet Parade

The Children's Pet Parade runs south on Main Street from South Street to Spruce Street (just south of City Hall).

Children are welcome to walk their pets in the parade, however we encourage an adult to join them, especially if the pet may be difficult for the child to control on their own. 

Online registration closes at 5 PM on Friday, August 29.

Day-of registration will be accepted if space allows. Day-of registration is from 8:15-8:30 AM on Monday, September 1.

Participant information:

  • Check in at the Louisville Historical Museum's plaza (1001 Main Street)
  • Check in and Day-of registration begins at 8:30 AM
  • Please arrive no later than 8:45 AM
