During the Safer-at-Home order the Louisville Public Library will continue to be closed to the public. Curbside Holds Pick-Up is available by appointment and drop-in, Wednesday – Friday 11 am to 6:15 pm and on Sunday’s from 1 to 5 pm. The drive-up book drop, in the Via Artista alley on the west side of the building, will be open from 1 pm Sunday through 6 pm Friday. Distance Education

This is a difficult time for our community’s teens. On top of struggling with the larger concerns facing the world right now, middle and high school students, and their parents and teachers, must also deal with the unique challenges of remote learning. 

Never fear! The Louisville Public Library is here to help. We have a plethora of online resources our teen patrons and their educators can access from home to aid in both scholastic pursuits and personal entertainment.

Academic Search Premier
This multi-disciplinary database provides full text for more than 4,600 journals, including full text for nearly 3,900 peer-reviewed titles. PDF backfiles to 1975 or further are available for well over one hundred journals, and searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 titles.
