The City Problem Reporter is used to report non-emergency problems in the Louisville, Colorado community such as graffiti, damaged facility, water leak, missing sign, abandoned and/or illegally parked vehicle, excessive noise, etc.
Please call 911 in the case of an emergency, such as a car accident.
To submit a police report, please contact the City of Louisville, Colorado Police Department at 303-441-4444.
To submit a new problem report:
- Click on the map below.
- Find the problem category in the right side panel.
- Fill in the type of problem, problem details, etc.
- Select where the problem is located. You can do this by selecting on the map or by searching by place or address.
- Click 'Report It' to submit the problem.
This issue will be reported to the appropriate department for follow-up.
