Cancel a Membership

• Cancellation of the contract for monthly memberships must be requested by the 5th of the month.
• Monthly debits will continue until notification of stop request is received.
• Cancellation requests can be made by one of three ways:
  • Emailing Julie Seydel at Jseydel@louisvilleco.gov
  • Or by printing and submitting a hard copy to the Guest Services staff at the recreation center or emailing to Jseydel@louisvilleco.gov

To request a program cancellation via email, please direct the request to the program coordinator below and include participant name, class title, and date of class.

Program Cancellation Policies

All programs require refunds to be requested 7 days before classes start. There is a $5.00 service charge per class for cancellations with a 7 day notice, CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT TIME WILL RESULT IN 100% CLASS FEE SURCHARGE.

Summer Adventure Camp, Preschool and Youth Sports have separate cancellation policies. Please refer to the current catalog to receive those cancellation policies. 

Senior Services:  Due to the nature of our programs and activities, and the time and logistics required to coordinate cancellations: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before start of a program or activity.  Programs and activities cancelled due to low enrollment will receive a full refund or credit.  Exceptions: If the program is a ticketed activity, no refunds will be given unless we are able to resell your ticket.  

Please check your receipt carefully for any errors you may see in processing. Please contact the center at 303-666-7400 as soon as possible so we can aid in making appropriate corrections.
