RESOURCE NAVIGATION

Our Community Resource Coordinator is available to assist in addressing basic needs, maximizing independence and supporting seniors,  caregivers and family members. Information and referral is available for a wide variety of resources including employment, food, housing, financial assistance, health, transportation, home care, legal, caregiving and counseling.  Call 303-335-4919 or email ktofte@louisvilleco.gov for more information.

LOUISVILLE LOAN CLOSET FOR BASIC DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

Our loan closet located at the Louisville Recreation & Senior Center exists for Boulder County Residents and may include Front Wheel Walkers, Canes, Crutches, Shower Chairs, Toilet Seat Risers, and Bedside Commodes (without buckets).

Wheelchairs and Knee Scooters may be available for LOUISVILLE RESIDENTS ONLY. 

Suggested donation for borrowing Loan Closet items is $10 for Louisville Residents & $15 for all others. We sometimes accept additional equipment donations. Please confirm by calling 303-335-4919.
