Log in and Set Up Your Account

Open the App:
Tap My Account. -
Household Manager Login:
The household manager should sign in first using your WebTrac username and password by tapping Manage My Account.
*If you have forgotten your login details, follow the on-screen instructions to reset them. -
Invite Household Members:
Once logged in, invite other household members to create their own accounts. Click on Manage My Account, scroll down to find the members name, check the account management box, and send the invite link to their email.
Setting up and Opting Out of Push Notifications
Before you begin, ensure your phone's settings allow notifications. When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to receive push notifications. Select "Allow" if you wish to receive important updates about Facility and Memory Pool Closures.
Once you've received a push notification, you can view it by tapping the message button located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.
To opt out of notifications for a specific conversation:
- Tap the conversation button in the app's right-hand corner.
- Select the conversation you want to opt out of.
- Tap the settings button in the top right corner.
- Disable push notifications by switching the toggle to grey.
