City Manager Diana Langley
The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the City and is appointed by the City Council. The City Manager is responsible for the administration of all City offices and departments.
Diana Langley has served as Louisville’s City Manager since March 2025. Langley brings nearly thirty years’ experience in municipal government to Louisville, having most recently served as the City Manager for Yuba City, California. In addition to a Master of Public Administration degree from National University, Langley also holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from California State University, Chico.
Legislative Agenda
In partnership with the City Council and the City's various departments, the City Manager's Office coordinates the City of Louisville's annual legislative agenda, which outlines the City's positions and priorities on issues before the Colorado Legislature.

All Open Government and Transparency protocols are coordinated from the City Manager's Office.
Community Surveys
The City conducts Community Surveys every four years, a process which is coordinated by the City Manager's Office.
