Please fill out the form below to request planning & zoning information for properties located in the City of Louisville. Staff will provide copies of specific records on file with the city, but will not conduct research or make determinations through this request form. If a zoning verification letter is requested, select the option below, and select the other records requested to accompany the letter.

If you are in need of a records request, please only check the following relevant checkboxes: Zoning Verification Letter (if you need to confirm your zoning), Planned Unit Development(s), Subdivision Plat, General Development Plan, Other (if you need misc. documents such as ILCs, ISPs, plot plans, etc.)  

If you require blueprints, floorplans, or other building permit documents, please use our Building Permit Records Request Form. It is highly unlikely the city has the original plans for fire damaged homes, but we will provide everything on file.
