Republic Services

Republic Services

As of April 27, Republic Services has resumed bulk pick up and collection of items with bag tags.

Bag tags are not currently available for purchase from the City during the facilities closure, but previously purchased bag tags may once again be used.

To schedule a bulk pick up, contact Republic Services Customer Service for Louisville on (303) 286-5400 Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm or by completing the website contact form. If all customer service representatives are speaking with other customers, you can leave a message and Republic will endeavor to get back to you within 24 hours. More information on bulk pick up is available on Republic's Louisville website.

Curbside collection events are still suspended, including the Spring Curbside Leaf & Branch Pick Up Event, originally scheduled for May.

Recycle/compost collection will continue as normal unless there is a change to the public health order.

The continued operation of the Boulder County Recycling Center and related collection services means that residents should continue to recycle. Place your recycle and compost bins curbside according to your hauler’s weekly schedule.

Find yourself ordering more take-out these days and wondering whether the containers are recyclable, compostable or trash?  Watch this short video from Eco Cycle What To Do With Take-Out Containers.

A-1 Organics are also still processing compostables. Place your compost bins curbside according to your hauler’s weekly schedule.

The site is open to Louisville residents the first full weekend of each month, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Free compost (as well as mulch) can be collected at the site.
