The City of Louisville has recently adopted new fees for Right-of-Way permitting activities. The new fees and permit application are available below and will be utilized for all newly approved right-of-way permits within the city. The following documents are required for requesting and determining permit fees and supplemental requirements:

The historic permit application document is no longer valid and you should replace it with the newly revised Public Works Right-of-Way & Easement Work Permit.
