Zoom Fitness Schedule
Below is the schedule but you will need to create a free Zoom account to access the classes.
April Fitness 500 Challenge
- 500 Bodyweight exercises:
- 100 Body Weight Squats
- 100 Push-Ups
- 100 Lunges
- 100 burpees
- 100 Crunches
Superhero 500 Challenge: 500 reps every day (100 reps of each exercise/day)
Weekly Warrior 500 Challenge: 500 reps each week (~14 reps of each exercise/day)
Family 500 Challenge: Get the whole family involved! Work together to complete 500 reps for the whole family each week
Send pictures of you and your family completing the challenge and see them posted on the Recreation Facebook Page!

Admittance to Fitness Classes
- Daily admission
- 10 or 20-visit pass
- Monthly or Annual passes
- SilverSneakers, Prime, Silver&Fit, and Renew Active memberships
Participants must be at least 14 years of age with a parent. Body Pump is 16 & up.
