Louisville Senior Services Care Calling:

If you are a Louisville senior, age 60+ and would like a care call from the City of Louisville Recreation & Senior Center staff, please contact our Senior Services Community Resource Coordinator at 303-335-4919 or email and leave a message with your name and telephone number. 


Although the Louisville Recreation & Senior Center is closed until further notice, the Brooks Café Meal Program will be offering curb side and take out for meals beginning on Monday, March 16th.  These meals can be picked up in front of the Recreation & Senior Center beginning at 12:00 pm until 12:30 pm. In addition to M-F, we now offering lunch curbside pickup on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend orders due by Friday at 1:30 pm.

In a community known for its neighborliness, we have a request.  And that is to take a look around your neighborhood for any isolated senior who may be in need of groceries, a prescription pickup, transportation to a medical appointment, or some other type of assistance.  Please let us know who that is by calling or emailing the City of Louisville Senior Center’s Community Resource Assistance Line at 303-335-4919 or .

Silver Sneaker On-Demand Videos

Silver Sneakers has resources for online activities specific for SilverSneaker members. Looking for a way to improve your health, but can’t make it to a fitness location? SilverSneakers has you covered, with SilverSneakers On-Demand videos. Videos range from easy, low-impact exercises to cardio workouts. In addition to digital classes, you’ll find articles and videos on topics like nutrition, fitness challenges and more. 

SilverSneakers members may also download the SilverSneakers "GO" app today for mobile options.

A Community Resource Coordinator is available to assist in addressing basic needs, maximizing independence and supporting seniors,  caregivers and family members. Information and referral is available for a wide variety of resources including employment, food, housing, financial assistance, health, transportation, home care, legal, caregiving and counseling.  Call 303-335-4919 or email for more information.
