Sign Up for the ALL Careers Webinar

During this disrupted period of the Coronavirus epidemic, there is both need and opportunity to shift our thinking to address troubling environmental trends.  A big part of this is providing young people the perspectives, information and tools they need to incorporate understandings of living systems into any career they are interested in and suited for.  Let’s empower young people to be part of creating a “new normal” for their environmental and economic future.
This event is co-hosted by the City of Louisville (CO) with assistance from the Colorado Youth Congress and the Centaurus H.S. "Eco-Warriors" club and will explore the following and more:
  • Case studies of how people in manufacturing, finance, hospitality and other areas of the economy incorporate environmental knowledge and concern.
  • Specific environmental principles that need to inform all careers to create a “green economy” by influencing the entire economy not just a subset we call “green jobs.”
  • Ways for educators, mentors and businesses to incorporate / provide this “ALL Careers approach” to young people through education, internships and other experiences.
Parents, teachers and other education professionals, sustainability professionals, members of the business community and all others are invited to attend this webinar.
