Louisville's annual Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks scheduled for July 4, 2020 at the Coal Creek Golf Course has been canceled due to public health concerns associated with COVID-19.
The City of Louisville is currently working on alternate plans to celebrate Independence Day as a community while maintaining social distancing in accordance with State guidance and guidance from Boulder County Public Health. Updates will be posted on this website and on the City of Louisville Facebook Page. If you have questions or suggestions, please email Katie Zoss, Arts and Events Program Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fireworks Prohibited in Louisville
As you prepare to celebrate the 4th of July, please remember that any fireworks that leave the ground or
explode are illegal in Colorado (with the exception of permitted, professional displays). Within Louisville city limits, all fireworks including sparklers and fireworks on the ground, are prohibited. By not using fireworks, you prevent the risk of fire in our community and keep the 4th of July enjoyable for neighbors and pets.
If you have any questions, please contact the Louisville Fire Department by email email@example.com or phone 303-666-6595. In an emergency, always dial 911.
