Sign up for agenda & packet notifications through our Agenda Portal

If you’re currently subscribed to receive email notifications when we post agendas and packets for City Council, Boards, Committees, and Commissions, action is needed to continue receiving those emails.

With the launch of our new agenda platform and City website, the notifications will no longer be sent through our existing email list. If you’d like to continue receiving emails when agendas, packets, or minutes are posted, you’ll need to set up a subscription through our new Agenda Portal.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Agenda Portal.
2. Click "Sign In" in the upper-right corner.
3. Create a new account (or login if you already have an account).
4. Once you're logged in, click on "Subscriptions" in the upper-right corner.
5. Select the Boards, Committees, and Commissions you’d like to follow.

You’ll receive an email notification when agendas, packets, or minutes are posted for the groups you select, along with a link to the full documents.

Can I still see agendas and packets without signing up?

Yes. All agendas and packets will still be available to view in the Agenda Portal, whether or not you subscribe to email notifications.

The email subscription is simply an optional way to get a heads-up as soon as new meeting materials are available.
