We offer a variety of facilities for meetings, events, programs, and gatherings. The City offers rental options at our arts centers, Library, and our parks. You'll find information here about available locations, rental policies, and how to submit a reservation request.

Arts & Culture

Louisville Center for the Arts

The Louisville Center for the Arts hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including concerts, art shows, theatre productions, classes for adults and children, and meetings. Arts events are given priority use of the facility, and may be booked in July for the following calendar year. Available dates for private parties and non-arts activities are released to the public 120 days prior to rental.

Steinbaugh Pavilion

Steinbaugh Pavilion is an outdoor venue in Downtown Louisville. It hosts beloved community events including summer Street Faire concerts, the Louisville Farmer’s Market, and Old Town Skate. Steinbaugh is available for special events and private parties.

Coal Creek Gallery

The Coal Creek Gallery at our Library is a community gathering space that celebrates inclusivity and diversity by connecting the community to the arts through engaging, accessible, and enriching displays, programs, and events. Applications are now open for 2026 exhibitions.

Study and meeting rooms

The Library offers study rooms and 3 meeting rooms. The spaces are available for individuals or groups, for study, discussions, tutoring sessions, and similar activities.

We offer rentals of parks and park shelters across Louisville.

Recreation & Senior Center

We offer pool, gymnasium, and room rentals for birthday parties and other private events.
