Open space advisory board

The amendment would allow residential uses on multiple properties and require a future trail connection between Centennial Parkway and Davidson Mesa. The Board will make a recommendation to the Planning Commission and City Council. The subject properties include Parcel Number: 157713007001, 157713008003, 157713008005, 157713011003, 157713015003, 157713020002, 157713020001, and 157518356002.

Parks and public landscaping advisory board 

  • Notice is hereby given that the City of Louisville Parks and Public Landscaping Advisory Board will hold a public hearing on the park-related elements of a proposed Centennial Valley General Development Plan Amendment. The amendment would allow residential uses on multiple properties and require future neighborhood parks. The Board will make a recommendation to the Planning Commission and City Council.
