PLEASE NOTE:   
  • Personal training is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • No more than 10 sessions can be purchased at a time.
  • Trainers cannot accept cash/tips as a City Employee.  
  • Must PRE-PAY at the front desk BUT please contact your Trainer prior to buying a package.
  • Each training session is an hour. 
  • *Both participants must attend to receive this rate.

24-hour Cancellation Policy

You must give your Trainer 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule a session otherwise you forfeit that session. 

Paperwork

In order for a trainer to properly determine a safe effective program to meet your needs, lifestyle & preferences, the trainer will need the below paperwork filled out prior to your first meeting.

Based upon your Personal Training Client Form, your trainer may request a Physician’s Release.  Please understand that Personal Trainers cannot guarantee that you will reach your goals.  Their purpose is to try and determine the best programs for the individuals they work with, but certain genetic factors, health factors, and adherence factors can affect progress toward a goal.

Anastasia B. has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years. She is a certified personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and holds numerous certifications including Zumba, water, yoga & many more. She worked for about seven years with Marines, Sailors and their dependents at bases in California, Hawaii and Virginia before moving back to the Louisville area in 2012.
She specializes in core training, water- and land-based strength training, flexibility and injury recovery.

Terry started her career in engineering and holds a B.S.E.E. from CSU. She transitioned into the fitness industry by teaching lunchtime classes at her engineering job. With 28 years of experience in the fitness industry, she is passionate about educating and holds certifications in Personal Training (ACE), Functional Training Specialist (ACE), Group Fitness Instructor (AFFA), and SilverSneakers® . Her fitness philosophy is that strength training is for anyone who wants to feel healthier, more energetic, and build a stronger, capable body. Terry's approach is collaborative, working with clients to create individual exercise plans tailored to their fitness goals. Together, we'll create a program to improve your strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility, helping you feel your best. She specializes in working with older adults.

Katie is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, with a Master’s Degree in Public Health focusing on Community Health Education. She believes that new health journeys begin with small behavior changes, resulting in a considerable impact on daily living and long term health. Additionally, Katie is intimately familiar with injury recovery and the challenges presented with regaining strength, mobility, and flexibility. Katie specializes in collaboratively working with adults looking to improve their quality of life through strength training, stability, mobility, and core strength.

Starting in 2025! Stuart F is an ACE certified personal trainer. His career in the tech industry spanned 36 years. Having raised three children while holding down demanding professional positions, he understand the demands placed on parents and families. In 2021 he moved to from Michigan to Colorado to pursue a more healthy outdoor lifestyle. Stuart would like to help you along the path to incorporating exercise, nutrition and self-care into your everyday life. He specializes in functional and strength training; building training programs to support your goals - be that training for a specific event such as a 5K, or to hike that fourteener, strength goals, or just getting in better shape to have more energy for life's adventures.

Shelley has been working in the fitness industry since 1996. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She empowers her clients to take charge of their fitness journeys. After completing three to ten sessions with her, Shelley encourages her clients to continue their training independently through an app that she regularly updates based on their progress. Additionally, she holds monthly check-in sessions to monitor their development. Shelley specializes in creating training programs for postmenopausal women to help them maintain muscle mass and promote overall well-being.

Thomas is a board-certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach (AHNCC, NBHWC), Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), and certified Laughter Yoga Leader with a background in health psychology and spirituality.  His training philosophy emphasizes impeccable form, effective low-impact routines, and progressive strategies to help clients achieve targeted muscular endurance goals—such as 100 push-ups or 30+ pull-ups—through holistic programming aligned with NASM’s Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model. He is currently completing his Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner Certification to further support emotional well-being and vitality, especially for individuals managing chronic fatigue syndrome, burnout, and life transitions.  With expertise in habit formation and behavior change, Thomas also offers assistance for people seeking fun and easy ways to overcome barriers to achieving fitness, wellness, and vitality. He specializes in foundational strength and conditioning for all ages and abilities, progressive bodyweight programming, and behavior change strategies to meet individual health and wellness goals.

AJ Spencer started training in the dance scene as a tango instructor and has since branched out into the fitness industry. With certificates from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), AJ is a firm believer that everyone should be active as a part of a sustainable lifestyle. Years of experience working with various groups in dance and fitness backgrounds have shown him that everyone needs their own approach to growth and each person's goals and motivations are entirely unique. AJ's fitness philosophy is that fitness is function: it is a way of keeping your body ready to interact with the world outside of the gym in the way that you want for as long as you want. He specializes in offering individualized programs by using different tools and techniques to guide you toward the goals that you set for yourself, while keeping in mind that everyone is different.
