  • Parent/Tot I and II: for children ages 6 months to 3 years. These classes give babies and toddlers a fun, safe introduction to the water in a structured class setting. A parent or caregiver must be in the water during class. Parent/Tot II replaces the former Pre-Pollywog class.
  • Preschool Swim Lessons: for children ages 3 to 5. Classes include pollywog, tadpole, and toad. These classes help young children feel safe and comfortable in the water. Children learn in a fun, active class led by trained instructors. Preschool classes have a maximum of 5 students. Parents do not attend the class in the water. This smaller class size gives each child more time with the instructor and helps prepare them for higher-level swim lessons.

  • Levels 1–6 Swim Lessons: for children ages 5 to 12. Children may move through the levels as their skills grow, or start at the level that best fits their current ability. These classes can help children learn to float, build water safety skills, improve swim strokes, learn all 4 competitive strokes, and prepare for future swim team participation.
  • Adult Swim Lessons: for ages 18 and older. Classes are available for beginner and intermediate swimmers. On the first day of class, instructors ask participants about their goals. The class is then shaped around the needs and goals of the group.
