All water main slated for replacement has been installed. Paving is complete on Jefferson and Grant Avenues, and Circle Drive will be paved on Tuesday, 10/27. The contractor will likely reach final completion later next week (week of 10/25) and be fully demobilized from the construction areas by the week of 11/2.
