Background: The City’s 2026 Water Main Replacement Project is part of Public Works’ ongoing program to proactively replace aging and deteriorated water infrastructure, improve reliability, increase water flow, and reduce future maintenance needs.
Construction is planned for the following locations:
- Circle Drive: South Boulder Road to Jefferson Avenue
- Grant Avenue: Spruce Street to Pine Street
- Jefferson Avenue: Pine Street to Hutchinson Street
Construction is anticipated to begin in October 2026, with final completion planned for November 2026.
