City offices, the Police & Municipal Court Building, the Louisville Recreation & Senior Center, the Louisville Public Library, and the Louisville Historical Museum will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Coal Creek Golf Course and Memory Square Outdoor Pool will be open.

The City of Louisville, in collaboration with the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission, America 250 Foundation, and American 250-Colorado 150 Commission, are partnering to celebrate the coming 150th anniversary of Colorado’s statehood (sesquicentennial) alongside the nation’s 250th birthday (semiquincentennial) in 2026.
