Using the Citizen Self Service Online Portal

The Customer Self Service (CSS) Portal is where contractors, homeowners, and applicants can apply for building permits and contractor licenses, upload documents, pay fees, request inspections, and view permit or inspection status online.

CSS Portal Login & Account Setup

  1. Open the CSS Portal.
  2. Click Log In in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Click Sign In.

If you do not already have an account:

  1. Click Register for an Account.
  2. Enter the required contact information.
  3. Verify your email address through the confirmation email.
  4. Return to the portal and sign in with your new account.
