Cultural Advisory Board
About the Cultural Advisory Board
- The Board's programs and events are fully funded by the City of Louisville.
- It was created in 1989 under the name Louisville Arts and Humanities Council.
- Later, the name was changed to the Louisville Cultural Council (LCC).
- The Board worked for many years as an independent nonprofit before deciding to end its nonprofit status and become a City advisory board.
