Recreation Advisory Board
The Recreation Advisory Board gives advice and ideas to the City Council and City staff about:
- Recreation and golf facilities.
- Recreation and golf programming and policies.
- Medium and long-range planning for recreation and golf facilities.
Meetings
Regular meetings are at 6:30 PM on the fourth Monday of each month at the Recreation Center, 900 West Via Appia.
Agendas for all meetings are posted at:
- City Hall foyer
- Library
- Police Department/Municipal Court Building
- Recreation Center
- This site before each meeting
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings and give comments remotely using the links below. However, the in-person meeting may continue even if technology issues prevent remote participation.

If you plan to attend the meeting and need help such as sign language, translation, assisted listening devices, Braille, a recording of the meeting, or special transportation, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at 303-335-4519, email ClerksOffice@LouisvilleCO.gov, or fill out the request form. Please give at least two business days’ notice.

People who join the Board serve for three years.
How do I contact the Board?
- Email the staff liaison or call them at 303‑335‑4800.
- Post mail at City Hall, 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027. Please write “Recreation Advisory Board” on the envelope.
The staff liaison will add any questions or comments to the public meeting packet.
Keep in mind that anything you send to the Board can be viewed by the public under the Colorado Open Records Act.
