How to log in
- City Code: This is the first 5 digits of your City of Louisville License Number
- This can be found on your License, Account Balance Letters, Renewal letters, and Missing Filer Letters.
- Password: The default is the last 4 digits of your FEIN
- This is the default set during initial account setup. If it doesn’t work, the account password has been changed. You can use the “Lost Your Password?” feature to get a new temporary password.
