Historical Museum Advisory Board

The Historical Museum Advisory Board helps give advice to the City Council about the Louisville Historical Museum and the City’s history.

Meetings

Regular meetings are at 6:30 PM on the third Wednesday of odd-numbered months in the Library Meeting Room at 951 Spruce Street.

Agendas for all meetings are posted at:

  • This site before each meeting

Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings and give comments remotely using the links below. However, the in-person meeting may continue even if technology issues prevent remote participation.

If you plan to attend the meeting and need help such as sign language, translation, assisted listening devices, Braille, a recording of the meeting, or special transportation, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at 303-335-4519, email ClerksOffice@LouisvilleCO.gov, or fill out the request form. Please give at least two business days’ notice.

People who join the Board serve for four years.

  • Email the staff liaison or call them at 303‑665-9048
  • Post mail at City Hall, 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027. Please write “Historical Museum Advisory Board” on the envelope.
The staff liaison will add any questions or comments to the public meeting packet.
Keep in mind that anything you send to the Board can be viewed by the public under the Colorado Open Records Act.
