What is this program?

The Business Retention Visit Program provides Louisville businesses with an opportunity to connect directly with City staff, share feedback, and discuss their goals, challenges, and opportunities. These complimentary visits help the City better understand the needs of the local business community and ensure that programs, resources, and services remain responsive and effective.

How do I get involved?

Business retention visits are informal meetings that typically last less than one hour and may include City staff, elected officials, and Economic Vitality representatives. Visits often include a discussion about your business, current priorities, and the local business environment, and may also include a facility tour.
