Planning Commission

- Looks at plans for how land will be used and gives advice to the City Council.
- Holds public meetings to check if each plan follows City rules and fits what the neighborhood wants.
- Can decide to wait, schedule another meeting, or vote at the end of a public meeting.
- After a public meeting, they vote to approve or deny the plan with a Resolution.
