Urban Renewal Authority
The Louisville Revitalization Commission (LRC) serves as the Urban Renewal Authority for the City of Louisville, Colorado. Through strategic public-private partnerships, the LRC works to stimulate reinvestment, improve infrastructure, support local businesses, and eliminate blighting conditions within designated Urban Renewal Areas (URAs). What is this program?
The LRC administers financial assistance and revitalization programs within Louisville’s designated Urban Renewal Areas, including the Highway 42 Revitalization Area and the 550 South McCaslin Boulevard Urban Renewal Area.
