Are you starting the process of rebuilding on a property destroyed by the Marshall Fire? We're here to help.

We recommend first scheduling a meeting with our Community team in-person or via Zoom. Schedule an appointment via email or by calling (303) 335-4584. We will help you with getting started on:

  • Getting a building permit
  • Submitting a variance request
  • Zoning standards for your neighborhood
  • Determine eligibility for tax credits or rebates, including:
    • City use tax credit programs
    • State sales and use tax exemptions
    • Permit valuation adjustments
    • Permit fee refunds or credits
