We recommend first scheduling a meeting with our Community team in-person or via Zoom. Schedule an appointment via email or by calling (303) 335-4584. We will help you with getting started on:

Zoning standards for your neighborhood
Determine eligibility for tax credits or rebates, including:
- City use tax credit programs
- State sales and use tax exemptions
- Permit valuation adjustments
