Historic Downtown Louisville
Historic Downtown Louisville is the City's cultural and entertainment hub. The 8-block commercial center is a pedestrian-focused mixed-use area with restaurants, coffee shops, boutique retail and office uses all in one place. Many of the community's special events also happen at the Steinbaugh Pavilion from the Louisville Farmers Market to the summer Friday Night Street Faire. There's always something special happening in Downtown Louisville.
Colorado Technology Center
The Colorado Technology Center (CTC) is Louisville's largest commercial and industrial park at over 400 acres. Many of the buildings in CTC specialize in blending all facets of a business under one roof, including the front office, manufacturing and warehousing. Several of the area's most innovative companies benefit from locating all their components right next to each other. One drive through and you'll notice that great companies doing great work are successful in the CTC. To-date approximately 5M square feet have been developed at CTC; this amount is expected to reach 5.8M square feet at full build-out.
Centennial Valley
Louisville's Centennial Valley Business Park is located right next to US 36 and has great access to Denver and Boulder. Centennial Valley was built with the hard-working employee in mind. The office-focused infrastructure has excellent utility infrastructure for a 21st century business. There is an endless array of dining and shopping options available to get through the work day. All offices are located within just a short walk of the area's retail.
